If it makes you feel any better, I'm sure your reasons are much more rational. I haven't heard why she's against it, but I suspect it has something to do with Jesus. And the gays.
OMG - I had this same thought! I heard about it on MPR and I thought, "That's it- hell has officially frozen over when I agree with anything Bachman says." BUt then she tried to tie it all back into oil drilling and I felt ok again.
