This week for lunch I have been having a Honeycrisp apple, a couple chunks of leftover party cheese (today it was triple cream brie and aged gouda; yesterday was Bucheron and Mixologist's melty cheese, which I may never manage to remember the actual name of again) and a handful of pistachios (thanks, Wog!)
YUM.
And it makes me wonder why I don't eat like this more often? It's easy, I like it, and yet...

Did you see the Cheese box?!? Because I was laughing so hard I couldn't breathe.
I pay silly amounts of money for Honeycrisp. We're losing what we thought would be a weekend off to see family in Red Wing and I think I'll try to make the best of it and make ajd go get apples.
I will always take Harrilson over honeycrsip. They were good, but no where near the Harrilson.
Now, if only I could get that good melty cheese here!
